My wife Ashley, daughter Kensington, and canine-son Bowden are my whole world! Ashley and I met in Tallahassee, Florida back into 2009, and married in 2014. Over the years, we’ve had many awesome experiences – from visiting Paris, London and Switzerland, to the joys of having a family. Not a second goes by that I’m not thankful for the health and happiness we experience every day. You need look no further than my family to know what drives me every single day. My daughter Kensi is the absolute cutest, and I never knew I could love someone as much as I love her. Chances are if I’m not working – I’m spending every possible second I can with my family.
Prior to starting Preswerx, I “worked my way up” in the A/E/C industry. Having served in several key roles, all of which I believe, contributed to where I, and Preswerx, are today. From Manager- and Director-level roles at boutique design and construction firms, to Executive-level positions at Suffolk Construction, and Kaufman Lynn Construction, I’ve led the delivery of planning, design and construction projects to a wide variety of public- and private-clients. As a seller-doer, I knew then what it took to be successful in the A/E/C industry, and today, I mentor, coach and develop companies, teams and individuals in the industry – helping them to realize the best versions of themselves.
As a graduate of the University of Florida with my Master of International Construction Management, and Florida State University with my Master of Business Administration, I’ve combined and applied my in-class education with my licensure as a certified general contractor, real estate broker, and certified land planner, to bring multidisciplinary solutions to the day-to-day delivery of our products and services. I’m also proud to have sat on both the Tallahassee-Leon County Planning Commission, and on the Palm Beach County Planning Commission – both of which were rewarding experiences. Lastly, I’m very proud of having achieved the rank of Eagle Scout – scouting’s highest recognition. Looking back, it’s amazing to think of all the many “little things” that have added up to get us where we are today. I make every effort to mentor those around me, to impart what I can, to share what has helped me on my journey, so that they too can find their most rewarding path in life.
